Bought wipers and they even put them on for me. Still working great.
Started out great, knowledgeable and helpful. There was a desire to get the customer the right parts... Even if it didn't happen. Now there's just bottom of the barrel employees, can't think for themselves, nor do they listen to what is being requested. It's not ALWAYS about the $. If I want a different part other than the cheapest one, I shouldn't have to ask for it three times while still getting the cheapest part. The lack of drive these employees have is a real irritant. If they don’t have an immediate answer, they don’t just shrug it off—they’ll ask around, make calls, or research until they find the right solution. That kind of dedication and customer service is rare these days. I really appreciate the effort they put in to make sure customers are taken care of. Highly recommend this location!
