Stopped by to purchase some new windshield wipers in -20° weather, the the staff was friendly the moment I walked through the door. They helped me pick the best wiper blades, and even installed them for me in the subzero temps! Thanks again!
Apathetic customer service. I get that I’m a woman and don’t know much about cars, but I was hoping to learn when I got in there. I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Alex and he was completely indifferent. He grabbed 2 different windshield wipers and when his coworker called him out on it he got huffy. I asked if they could help me install windshield wipers for me, and he begrudgingly did. I was hoping he would have explained what he was doing so I could learn.
