We are from down state and my truck would not start. It was the alternator not charging the batteries so I bought a new battery. We get to the campground and it was the wrong one. I called and they said they can't do delivery until Monday, this was Friday night. The guys working were awesome they offered to bring me the right one after he got out of work. I told him I would come get it. His name was Bill and the other guy both were awesome. You guys were life savers thank you so much.
Employees have always been super helpful and friendly. I wish it was a bigger store so you could have more stock.
Do not go here for a new battery! Staff is too lazy to install. Go across the street to Advanced Auto Parts. While it is more expensive there, staff is kind and willing to assist with installing a battery. It is sad to see staff at O’Reilly’s deny service to a young family with kids. It is clear to see it wasn’t a staffing issue, rather their willingness to help. This experience has forever turned me off to O’Reilly’s, I am never giving them a dollar of my money and I suggest you do the same.
