Today I had the absolute pleasure of being a customer at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Eagle River. I needed a new battery for my truck, but having recently had surgery, I was physically unable to tackle the installation myself. The store manager, Bobby, didn't hesitate to step outside and see how he could help. At first glance, he wasn't completely sure if he could do it on the spot because of a small bracket above the battery that had to be removed. Bobby was so helpful. Our battery died on a long road trip and he installed a new one for free in 5 minutes. He was definitely friendly and kind.
