Bobby was so helpful. Our battery died on a long road trip and he installed a new one for free in 5 minutes. He was definitely friendly and kind.
Had what I needed
I've always come to O'Reillys, they've always been a good place with good service, and still are. I have seen some staff changes - as that happens in many businesses. I wanna just say although I'm sure she's a very nice person in general, theres a Tess there that seems to be very tightly wound so to speak. She gets very short with customers and the tone she has in some instances can be aggressive for lack of a better word.
