Matt, the manager, was great. He checked our alternator and battery. Time for new battery. It took him no time (in the cold and snow) to replace it. I even got a veteran discount. Thanks Matt!

Best parts and service experience I’ve ever had. The manager (Matthew, I believe) helped me with what appeared to be a headlight bulb- it ended up being a fried harness taking out my impalas front end- he explained everything and had all the parts needed to put it together. The weather was awful, it was super early morning and I could not have safely continued my drive without his help. The person who was supposed to work on it was drunk and Matthew turned my entire day around for the better.
Fantastic customer service, battery was dead in my suv, I pulled it and brought it in to get checked out. They not only tested it and let me know mt battery was still good, they charged it and had it ready for me to pick up before they closed at no charge. Im not very mechanically inclined so for them not to push a $260+ battery when it wasn't needed yet is enough of a reason for me to go back when that battery does give up the ghost down the road.
Extremely helpful every time I come in. Had radio problems a few months ago. I think it was the manager helping me. He ordered me a part, and helped to put it on. When it didn't fit he went in, got a part and tools and helped to retro fit it. More recently they helped with a battery problem and a rear hatch problem. It's never an issue to come out and help with wipers or computer testing. I appreciate them and trust their opinions.
