Very very disappointed in O'Reilly today!! More specifically the assistant manager James. I went in for a pack of tire values for my husband and I stood in line for 20 mins before being checked out. Now mind you there were 3 people working, 2 of the employees were helping customers doing their jobs. But the assistant manager James was just standing behind the counter, texting. Terrible experience every time I come here. I live in little falls and still much rather take the drive to Brainerd’s Orielly’s. These people treat us customers as if we are the nuisances walking through their doors looking for assistance. If you ever have an issue understanding the parts and your car, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 35 minute trip to Brainerd Oriellys, they will walk you through it all with a smile, no chip on their shoulder and I promise you, you will walk out every time... read more
