I want to give a heartfelt thank-you to O’Reilly Auto Parts employees Sean and Josh for helping my daughter during a car crisis. They went above and beyond to help her when she needed it most, and their kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant so much to our family. It’s reassuring to know there are people who genuinely care and are willing to step up when someone is in a difficult situation. Thank you, Sean and Josh, for your outstanding customer service and for giving a worried parent some peace of mind. O’Reilly ... read more

Exceptional service! I was at the Walmart here in Little falls when the water pump hose on my van started chronically leaking. I ran to O'Reilly's on foot and went in and asked for heater hose. The guy at the front counter was so helpful and was quick to get it for me! Thanks to the amazing service here I was still on time for where I was going!
