The pure incompetence at this store is beyond anything that should be acceptable as their standards. They look lost, very unknowable. It is sad they have this type of ignorance representing a parts store.
Sent my wife with a screen capture of the specific item I wanted that was in stock at the store. They trash talked the item and sold her a different one that is a completely different product that was twice as expensive and won’t do what I need it to. Exceptional service! I was at the Walmart here in Little falls when the water pump hose on my van started chronically leaking. I ran to O'Reilly's on foot and went in and asked for heater hose. The guy at the front counter was so helpful and was quick to get it for me! Thanks to the amazing service here I was still on time for where I was going!
