I needed very hard to find wiper blades for my RV. I’ve tried several other auto parts stores and searched online. Store Manager Illy, quickly found mine available in their warehouse! This Manager’s effort went beyond and above everyone else’s.
I was in this place on 06/25 around 17 o'clock. When I entered the store, I looked at a person at the service desk and said: Good afternoon, do you speak Portuguese or Spanish? I asked this because the person did not look like a Native American and if speaking Spanish or Portuguese it would be easier for him to understand me. I went into O'Reilly's in Framingham, and their service was outstanding. After six years with Napa, which was sold and has really declined, I had a tough time finding a part for my commercial truck. The Napa guy just punched numbers into a computer and told me he couldn’t help. At O'Reilly, though, the employee went the extra mile: he measured the bolt with a digital caliper, matched the size, and found exactly what I needed—even though they don’t advertise a commercial truck department.
