I recently went in for a new battery and alternator, and they were very helpful! Cant remember the name of the man who helped me but he was very kind and double checked everything for me; he was very patient with me which I appreciate!
My daughter stop there for a headlight bulb .. assistant manager.. was asked could they tell her which one she needs …she called me while in there and let’s just say lack of communication and poor customer service… I called and asked for the store manager.. he out and there my are backed up and there is only 2 of them … why couldn’t you tell her that … I had to call… I told her the one on Johnson best customer service ..
