I am very disappointed in this O'Reilly's and they just lost a long time customer. After scanning my car 3 weeks ago and helping me determine the issue was a Mass Airflow Sensor with the scanner, I stopped by this morning at opening and the same lady who helped me 3 weeks ago refused to scan my car bc the "check engine light was not on" eventhough 2 other lights were on. I was sure it was the same thing but wanted to confirm. Went to Advance Auto and they scanned it no problem and they confirmed what I thought it was.
