Prices …ok. Used to be my top pick for parts. Their inventory though just keeps going downhill, with almost no offerings from quality brand names these days and a bunch of chinese and mexican made trash parts. Why is a Bosch alternator a special order only item? I can special order it myself without the middle man fee. Stores exist because people need the things in them now, not later. If I have to wait anyway, what do I need you for?
Would give 0 if it was an option. Tell me why employees are making fun of customers for not knowing everything about their car? My gf was complaining about hot air so she decided to grab some Freon so I could refill it and when she gets to the store the employee(Shay) laughs at her for not for not knowing what engine is in her car. Then she is rude when asking for Freon with a gauge…not something I would usually get bent out of shape over but also not something I would expect to hear when I get home.
Excellent service! I went to get my car checked out, and the gentleman who helped me was so nice! I would definitely recommend this store!!
