Not a very positive experience. First was the lady employee standing in the middle of the door smoking a cigarette creating a blanket of smoke to walk through. Next was an employee who didn't have a clue what DEF was.
Terrible location, 4 employees, 2 of 'em sitting around worried about getting off in an hour and 15 minutes. Very unknowledgeable, I was unable to load my account, causing me to leave without buying any parts. I was told I had to fill out paperwork for them to load the account. That's been active for years and I use in 5 different states. Another gentleman come in said that he had paid for parts. The computer showed that it had not the young lady said, that's fine.Just letting him have it
Went to get wipers and was told by employee she could not put them on and other employee was in bathroom and would be in there for 30 minutes and did not like to be disturbed. This was either a lie and terrible customer service. Will not be going there again
