Does not answer their phones, as if the lines ar constantly busy all day from morning till shut down. 3 days straight I could not get an answer. Any time I walked into the store, they are never that busy and hardly seen them on the company phones. I had a huge issue one day that needed to be solved with my order through there and they never answered. I was out of town and couldn't go there to address it. Had a problem with our windshield wipers and pulled in and the staff took care of us! Friendly people who care about their customers! God bless this business
Typical O'Reilly's. Most times you have to have the parts ordered and brought in but at least these people in kinder are more knowledgeable and friendly than the ones in Oakdale
