Not really that knowledgeable or friendly. Perhaps the worst parts store I've ever visited. I'd go there for a cheaper part, but these people barely know cars and they do not care about us. Just let that be known. I saw them turn down helping an old lady put on wiper blades while I was walking out because "it's raining" they said. All the more reason for you to help her, she probably can't see. So, I did it for her. Ridiculous.
