Rewards are a joke..tried using my coupon that was expiring the same day. Showed her my email, she rang up the order and didn't put discount on the ticket. When I asked about it she said sorry I forgot and wouldn't correct it.

This place doesn't know parts and vehicles well enough to be considered a car parts store. Don't expect to get the right part for your vehicle when you shop here. I'm pretty confident the employees are just there for a paycheck.
It would help if a person didn't have to make more than 1 trip. To get the right part. I have done a lot of business at this location. It's upsetting to not see a familiar face. That you come to trust and know they will do right by you.
