We rented a fan clutch wrench set and we were going to return them the same evening. Ended up being later than expected, I called them and David answered the phone at 8:54 and I told them I would be there close to closing time (9) please stay open I won't be long just have to return a wrench set. He said "as long as you are here before 9 it won't be a problem." We pulled up to the door at 8:58 and the door was locked. Rewards are a joke..tried using my coupon that was expiring the same day. Showed her my email, she rang up the order and didn't put discount on the ticket. When I asked about it she said sorry I forgot and wouldn't correct it.
I am so grateful to have an auto parts and service center near-by. The staff in Winfield are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ya'll are the best! Thank you so much for your help today. Chefs kiss 💋
