Online verification of the store’s inventory is ALWAYS wrong. This has happened multiple times. There’s no point in checking to see if the store has your item online. Placed an online order today. Store never received it. So I had to pay for some of my parts twice and then go to another store for the rest of the parts I needed because, you guessed it, they didn’t actually have the parts in stock like the website.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Adrian was awesome, going above and beyond in his customer service. If not management, he should be. There are a lot of options for automotive parts and services near Spring Hill (Olathe, Gardner, Paola), but customer service like this will keep me shopping THIS store and THIS location.
