I got the impression that the staff could care less if I purchased something or not. Does that speak for all O’Reilly’s, because if so, I’ll think twice before shopping there again.
Had to come in for a new car battery. Staff was quick and friendly
Online verification of the store’s inventory is ALWAYS wrong. This has happened multiple times. There’s no point in checking to see if the store has your item online. Placed an online order today. Store never received it. So I had to pay for some of my parts twice and then go to another store for the rest of the parts I needed because, you guessed it, they didn’t actually have the parts in stock like the website.
