Staff constantly changes, don't think I've seen anyone last more than 6 months. If you don't have a part number forget them looking it up, let alone understanding what your ordering. A Google search is too much work for them. Have to walk them over to the parts they stock in the back or they just say they don't have it.
It’s pretty bad when an employee can’t put down their phone long enough to ring up your merchandise he hast to be on his phone while he’s ringing you up ridiculous
O'Reilly Auto Parts has a wonderful, current deal. Bring in old car batteries for $10 in-store credit. They helped me check my battery, starter, and alternator. They also helped install the car battery. This is a great auto parts store in Spring Hill Kansas.
