When you go in and you have a price match from another auto parts store and they say that they price match and then refused the price match well at least Chris there refuses to price match you shop at the competitors..
Nate is awesome! I had flat tire on a friday night in Clearview but didn’t have a jack in my car. Nate came out of the store and let me use his and he even helped me change the tire. he was really friendly. His 10 minutes of kindness saved my whole night. Thank you Nate!

Hi, this is Francisco Zamudio and my complaint is about my trip to buy a tail light for my car. I went to the store since it was closest to my house and there were 6 employees working at the time, but none of them were doing their job and instead were chatting about other topics. I have trouble seeing letters up close, so I was disappointed to find that I wasn't given any customer service. Very smooth refund transaction today at O'Reilly's here in sultan. Purchased a battery for my truck on 6/23, with a three year warranty that came with the purchase. Never had any problems with the battery when starting my truck. Unfortunately yesterday on 10/10/25 the battery failed. I still had my warranty that was still valid, and O Rileys refunded me a new Battery, and put me back on the road.It saved me over $200.00 Dollars.
