Great customer service always helpful
Car battery died and had to be jumped multiple times, so I sent to Auto Zone to have my battery tested and changed. They said they could not charge or change my battery for "liability reasons". Called O'Reilly, and Kayden was extremely helpful. He willingly changed my battery and ran an alternator test quickly and efficiently! He very much made my day.
Was in a few months ago and a lady bought a alnator for them and It was really cold out side and I offered to put it on in the parking lot so she could get home and one of the guys behind the counter said are you sure you want him to put that on I did it in the packing lot and I confront the man on what he had said about me trying to help a lady out I am a retired menich with over 40 years of experience and know they don't want to do business with me I was told that to day I have lived in ste.genevieve since 2003 and I have ... read more
Ryan is amazing! Really knows his stuff and quite effective at finding creative solutions to various repair challenges. These guys have most of anything I would need to make my repairs.
Night manager, Kayden was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind to work with Very knowledgeable and very competent
