Went in to buy some window washer fluid. I was checked quickly. While I was getting ready to fill the holder for the fluid. One of the employees came out and asked me if I needed any help. I had asked for a funnel. He brought it out to me and said if you dont mind I can do that for you. What better service could I asked for. Thank you so much in taking time out to help me .
I had a disappointing experience at this location. The overall atmosphere was negative, and the employee assisting me—an elderly man with white hair—appeared annoyed, making it feel like my presence was an inconvenience. I chose not to spend my money here and went to the O’Reilly in Waterloo instead, where I received much better service. I would hesitate to return to this location.
Always have what im looking for our family vehicles. Great knowledgeable service as well
