My Vans thermostat housing cracked when it was 15°. It was about 8:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. At 8: 55 p.m. O'Reilly staff help me put together an order to fix the radiator thermostat housing and hoses. Which entailed going through many diagrams for me to poorly explain which parts I needed. And even though I told them the incorrect parts more than once and several returns exchanges need to be made.
