Tim is an outstanding worker. Was on my way home from Greenfield and my headlights went out. He got the bulbs I needed right away and REPLACED THEM. I’m a grown man and felt amazing after working all day and driving over an hour already to experience this level of customer service. Now I can finish my drive home safely. Don’t lose this man, he is a good one!
Timothy went over the top helping. Went above and beyond to assist us with the issue. Very knowledgeable, awesome sense of humor , outstanding employee. Made the experience enjoyable considering. Will gladly go back and refer others.
Glad I don’t live in this town. Just had to go to this location because they were the closest to me with the part I need… the dude there is rude and acts like you’re not standing there waiting. Summer was nice and helped me once she came up to the front
Make sure you are leaving with the part you ordered when you pick up parts from this one…this place is a hour drive from my location but after searching and having no luck finding a caliber brake for a 2000 Honda Civic ..that we needed the same day :.. we were told that they had one … went and picked it up just to get back and find out it was the wrong part! Waste of gas … waste of time….save yourself the trouble ….check the parts number to make sure they are ordering the part you asked for before you leave this place
