There were 3 people working when I was there last night, my daughters and I walked there with a problem with my key fob for my van. We were locked out of the van and my fob wasn’t working. Christian is the only name I can remember currently, but he and both of the ladies working were extremely helpful. One lady even helped distract my daughters with quarters for the gumball machine! They went above and beyond to help us get going again. Very kind and understanding AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I can’t thank you enough!
Tim helped me with my battery saves me so much time
Tim is an outstanding worker. Was on my way home from Greenfield and my headlights went out. He got the bulbs I needed right away and REPLACED THEM. I’m a grown man and felt amazing after working all day and driving over an hour already to experience this level of customer service. Now I can finish my drive home safely. Don’t lose this man, he is a good one!
Timothy went over the top helping. Went above and beyond to assist us with the issue. Very knowledgeable, awesome sense of humor , outstanding employee. Made the experience enjoyable considering. Will gladly go back and refer others.
Glad I don’t live in this town. Just had to go to this location because they were the closest to me with the part I need… the dude there is rude and acts like you’re not standing there waiting. Summer was nice and helped me once she came up to the front
