Came in for some stuff the cashier was busy harassing a gentleman that was having trouble communicating with them. When I went to go through check out she demanded to know where I was from
Oreilly Auto parts store was such a great help. I had to stop at the store in Osceola, Ia with what I had hoped was a minor problem. It was not. The manager helped me determine what was wrong, provided me with the replacement parts and called a auto repair shop to see if they had time to help me. This was above and beyond what I could have expected. I am really grateful to the manager for his help with this matter.
