Had to return a alternator under warranty. Workers at oriellys are very helpful Parts can be defective, but oriellys just sells the parts. Mahalo!!
O’Reilly Auto Parts in Hilo always takes good care of me. Every time I stop by, the crew is friendly and quick to help out. They know their stuff and don’t mind taking a few minutes to make sure you’re getting the right part. The store’s always clean and well stocked, and if they don’t have what you need, they’ll order it right away and usually get it in fast. I’ve gone in for everything from batteries to sensors and they’ve never let me down. Good people, good prices, and easy to deal with can’t ask for more than that.
Everyone here has always been super friendly and very knowledgeable. I shop here for all my automotive products! They always have what I need for my mini van and, as a woman, I’ve always felt comfortable asking questions.
