I'd give it a zero if I could. The Assistant Manager, Samantha, was very unsympathetic towards my situation and kept lecturing me to "not let the battery sit for so long." I informed her that I had been off island for some time for a family emergency and the situation was beyond my control. She continued to lecture me and I finally told her to please stop.
