I was in my daughter's truck and it needed brake fluid, I asked what type was told dot 4 got a bottle paid for it. Said I would have my son put it in later since the brake light was on. The young man said I can do that now. He went right out there checked said nope this is dot 3 I'll be right back, came out with dot 3 and a recite said dot 3 is 2 dollars less here I refunded the difference to your card! Very nice young man is always helpful and very polite.
Over-the-Top Customer Service & True Heroics! My Mercedes-Benz broke down on the side of the road needing a new alternator. I had just purchased the vehicle and didn’t know all of the details, so when I ordered the part from O’Reilly’s, I ordered the wrong alternator and I was told it would be the next day before they’d have it. Great customer service and parts...
I had a brake light go out on my car and went to O’Reilly’s today for a bulb. When I walked in the store Danquel created me with a smile and asked how he could help me. He found the right bulb I needed and he said he would be glad to replace the bulb for me. He did just that and made sure it was working properly. I am a senior citizen and I so appreciate what he did. Service like that is few and far between these days. I will be a repeat customer, Thank you Danquel for your awesome customer service,
