Zap, the young man working the counter, is the only reason this isn't a bad review. Poor signage for pricing and multiple employees walking past the line of customers to go talk and laugh in the back. Zap was fast, professional and courteous. The store manager should recognize him and thank him for turning a two star into a four star. We'll done young man.
I stopped at O'Reilly in Elijay yesterday after driving 8 hours from Lake County, FL. I had an electrical issue on the way up and stopped in to try and diagnose the issue. Spencer and JJ were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to assist me with all my questions and concerns. Furthermore, Spencer happily assisted me with my Silverado and got me back on the road very quickly. Amazing service, knowledge, and respect. Would definitely shop here again and again.
