Check your cameras to see how your employees handle customers… 10/9/2025 about 12:30pm I enter the store with 2 employees on the phone ,one walking around daydreaming.. Not a single employee spoke at all. I am literally the only non employee in the store and I don’t get acknowledged. Dude comes in after I have been in the store 5 minutes and they cash him out immediately after hanging up the phone.. Tried another parts store first and they didnt have the wiper blades to fit my car. Michael helped me and he was awesome. Fitted and installed the wiper blades, no questions asked. A gentlemen and 5 star customer service. This will be the only parts store I go to from now on.
