I was having issues with my battery early in the morning and I called ahead to verify if my battery was in stock, Jason verified it met me at the door as I pulled in and had my battery swapped out and got me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. The outstanding customer service took my situation seriously and got me back on track, thank you!

He suggested modifying my truck to eliminate the need for DEF, claiming it would improve mileage, and even handed me his business card to offer his services for this modification.
