Ben, the store manager, drained my oil for me when I accidentally overfilled it (very bad for a diesel engine). He literally crawled under my van and drained the excess oil. Thank you, Ben! You saved me from damaging my van and taught me something as well. I'm very grateful for your selfless, above-and-beyond customer service!
Jay was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was simply put on hold by a different employee and when Jay decided to pick up the phone, he only said his name. After being confused I said “hello” and then decided he needed to yell at me. Very unprofessional
