Call ask what they would give my old car battery core 20 bucks they said so I lugged the battery down to store where they would only give me 10$ so don’t trust them about anything nothing ….they’re word means nothing

Over the years, I’ve had some ups and downs in regards to experiences at this particular o’reilly’s. However, today 01/14/2026 I called and had the privilege to speak to “Nicholas” (my apologies if I didn’t spell that correctly) I told him what I needed as my wife isn’t mechanically savvy but she was in town and thus I had her pick some things up.
