Jerrico helped us tremendously. I had a charge system error this morning and he was able to test and find a bad alternator. I found a loose ground on my alternator and the team let me borrow the tools I needed to get it fixed. The team here saved us and I would highly recommend coming here for great customer service.

Battery died out on rabbit ears, hardly made it in the store an hour and half before close. I was greeted my two amazing workers who immediately tested my battery for free, and then helped me replace it within an hour of arrival, customer service and the service itself was A 10/10. Special shout-out to Marissa (I believe that was her name) who got it done in no time and was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend going here, probably the best experience i’ve had at this store.
Call ask what they would give my old car battery core 20 bucks they said so I lugged the battery down to store where they would only give me 10$ so don’t trust them about anything nothing ….they’re word means nothing
Payton was an awesome employee, very friendly and gave me all the information I needed to get things fixed. Yall are great!
