I went to buy paint thinner ask the older associate and she say there I couldn’t find it so I ask the other girl very nice. The one start is for the rude associate if you can replace it do it
Super friendly and helpful. I've had an alternator checked in the past. Today i fixed a broken vacuum line on the parking lot with a couple of borrowed tools. There's a good range of parts on the floor, with a decent-size warehouse in the back. They'll order things if they aren't in stock.
Carlos was the most helpful! He was very attentive and personable and quick to assist multiple customers at once. He even changed the car battery for me and installed new wipers! Very appreciative.
Had my first visit today since Advance Auto went under. I was greeted instantly when I walked in the store. The gentleman on crutches asked if I needed assistance. I ended up needing help, and he was qith me every step of the way, made sure I had the correct filter, and even checked oil weight for me. This man is 100% example for true customer service.
