Had my first visit today since Advance Auto went under. I was greeted instantly when I walked in the store. The gentleman on crutches asked if I needed assistance. I ended up needing help, and he was qith me every step of the way, made sure I had the correct filter, and even checked oil weight for me. This man is 100% example for true customer service. Zero stars. I stopped in because my regular store went out of business on my side of town and my old girl needed all the fluids. There were 4-5 shopping carts directly outside the entrance so I grabbed one to load up. Upon getting to the register to set my items on the counter for checkout, I was shouldered aside by the surly and rotund woman as she came around the register. She hastily unloaded my items and said 'I'm taking this outta here' as she grabbed the cart and wheeled it outside while shaking her head in acknowledge... read more
