Every time I go in Tim is right there ready and willing to answer all my questions. (And I usually have a Lot) They're always my first choice when something goes wrong

Beyond disappointed and confused at this point. I originally came in to get my battery tested when testing the battery. First ask me if I have anybody helping me, I said my husband was working on the roads and we have a bunch of guys that can help fix whatever is needed. That was my first mistake. He said it was only producing 8 V which I now have learned which is below what a battery should be testing.
