I recently just got off the phone with Fernando. It’s about 7:50 p.m. local California time. Obviously after folks have a long day pretty amazing to get incredible service. He helped me find the right part number on a power steering pump. He went and beyond. We exchanged phone calls twice on the same part. I needed some door panel clips for my venerable van. It's a cheap part ($20) and I had no loyalty to O'Reilly or any other auto parts shop, but I stopped in to the Marin City store because it was on my route. It turns out there is a dizzying array of potential door panel clips, and the vendors do not make it easy to select the right one.
