I recently just got off the phone with Fernando. It’s about 7:50 p.m. local California time. Obviously after folks have a long day pretty amazing to get incredible service. He helped me find the right part number on a power steering pump. He went and beyond. We exchanged phone calls twice on the same part. I needed some door panel clips for my venerable van. It's a cheap part ($20) and I had no loyalty to O'Reilly or any other auto parts shop, but I stopped in to the Marin City store because it was on my route. It turns out there is a dizzying array of potential door panel clips, and the vendors do not make it easy to select the right one. I came in for windshield wipers and Fernando was amazing and so helpful he was able to show me how to install them. We need more people in this county like Fernando.
Fernando at O’Reilly’s in Marin City is outstanding! He’s always there to help customers and goes above and beyond with every interaction.
