Dewaine provided exceptional service in testing and replacing my battery. His positive attitude, quick work and focus on helping customers was above and beyond his obligations as an employee. I will look for him at O’Reilly’s next time I need help with my car.
Battery issues just inside Yosemite while a LONG way from home. DeWaine, John, and Wayne were fantastic. Called at end of day Saturday and DeWaine ordered a part in “just to get it coming”. Spent 5 hours in their parking lot on Sunday afternoon getting everything troubleshooted and installed. Everyone was patient and offered advice from their wealth of knowledge and were kind enough to invite the stir-crazy kids in to cool off in the A/C. So grateful and impressed with their top-notch service!
