Loyal customer here for years and everyone is usually very helpful. Had headlight bulb out and when I looked up how to replace myself, found that O’Reillys makes it known they will put in for free! Except for certain models. Went in, purchased my bulb and Bri was so helpful putting it in, but it only fixed my bright light, not my low. We fiddled a little.
