Me and my boyfriend broke down across the railroad tracks and luckily were close enough to here we walked to get a jumper box. We bought one and didn't realize it had to be plugged in ... So we went back, luckily this time the car still had some juice to get us there, we returned it and bought the right jumper box.. and the car still didn't have enough juice to get us home Bought a battery, tech installed it and cracked jokes while he worked helping ease some tension. Regular parts store, but one remarkable feature: they will loan you tools you may need but don’t want to own!
On two consecutive days we went to O’Reilly’s in Mayflower for simple parts (spark plugs & wires), not only would the clerk not raise his head up out of his phone, he would not and did not even acknowledge we were there. We simply left and were able to get correct parts and courteous service in Conway. It’s understood if the place of business is busy, crowded, short handed, etc. that service might be interrupted but in this instance we were the ONLY customers in the store on both occasions.
