Very helpful staff members. I went in for a rear wiper blade. Although I am perfectly capable of putting this item on myself the sales representatives offered to do it for me. What overwhelming excellent service. I gladly accepted, as that was one less task for me to do. I was going tobgo to Home Depot but I found the tool I needed while the man put on my rear wiper blade. Not usually much to complain about a quick trip to O'Reilly. Had a battery warranty that I needed to get done, and while I didn't have the receipt, it took over 20 minutes for them to find my account. Never had an issue with this in the past, as I buy several batteries a year. Gentleman behind the counter was not the most pleasant individual to deal with. Probably just having a bad day,
Always super helpful employees which are always pleasant if not downright funny 😎
I was on Vacation and my battery light came on, within 10 minutes Dustin tested and changed out my battery. This store rocks and Dustin is the best. Thanks O'Reilly and Dustin.
