My husband and I were on our way home from Phx yesterday and stopped to get gas in Springerville. Got back in and our car would not start nothing. My husband got out to look under the hood and there one cable on our battery was fried. The man getting gas in front of us came over and asked if we need help? We are on a trip from Tucson. Experienced trouble with our truck. Went to O'Reilly's for diagnostics check. Steve, employee, a very friendly person, was eager to help right away. Found out our battery was the issue and set us up with a new battery! This store really cares about their customers!! They provided us with any tools we needed. I wish every store had employees and excellent customer service like O'Reilly's in Eagar provides! Thank you for everything!!!!
Broke down and these guys literally called mechanics and got us parts.
