I used to go to O'Reilly's no matter what! They seemed to have the best customer service at one time. Now, I find myself dipping into Auto Zone.
The Oreilly in Russellville is usually good, but we were in recently and the young mam who checked us out seemed bothered that we were even there. He was short with answers and rude. He seemed less than knowledgable and was not what we were used to. Better off driving to Haleyville!
The people working here were super helpful. I was on crutches due to an injury, and they checked my battery and replaced it for me.
