This location is TOP NOTCH!!!! Justin saw us removing our old wiper blades and was prompt to come out and assist asking if we needed new ones and graciously came out and reinstalled them and helped us with various other items as well. Great store, great employees!!!
I was treated with above and beyond care when I went to O'riellys in Crossett, Arkansas, when my battery was dead in the middle of bad weather. Justin Jackson, Deresa, and Trey Hawkins didn't let the condition of the weather, and me losing bolts, stop them from helping me get my battery replaced and back safely on the road again. I am very impressed! Keep it up!
Ordered parts, and they came from Monroe, LA looking like this. I paid for new stuff, not returned. It looks like whoever tried to insert one of the bushings. Do better O'Reilly. Edit: package only has 4 of 5 bushings. That's even worse. Not only used and returned, but resold with missing pieces.
