Crew still needs some fine tuning with the exception of Charles I believe. I used to sell parts and he's the guy you want helping you. Can't fake knowledge. Nobody there can turn rotors due to lack of training. Not their fault. That's a management problem above store level. Can't advertise something and not train your people. Overall good crew.
