Supposed to be open at 7:30am and it's now 8:17. Customers are waiting to go inside and employees have been seen driving around back 30 min ago.
The phone has been busy every time I’ve called. It has been two days. I called at night and early in the morning and this afternoon the line continues to be busy.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have 3 little kids in the car heading back to wasilla and you want to look at me Like I’m stupid, whisper behind the counter and laugh. Will never go back!
It’s nice to have multiple places to get parts in Homer, these guys are great and have better hours
O'reilly's is always consistent. They have good counterhelp, and their prices aren't bad and you're consistent throughout the country.
