I have never been disrespected so badly then I was tonight at the Kenai store. I purchased a starter and returned it under warranty due to a wire frying, I got another one and the cone snapped off. After calling corporate and dealing with the district manager (James) and informing him of the behaviors of the employees and how poorly we were treated, he said to take it back for warranty since the so called general manager Blaine (come to find out he is only the assistant store manager) if there was any problems have them call... read more

Manager needs customer service classes and maybe anger management
I spent 20 minutes trying to find the right bulbs for my truck and 3 guys standing around BS ing Terrible customer service!
