The manager at this location went above and beyond to help correct a wrong from another O'Reilly location in Fairhope AL. The day before I had a new battery installed in preparation for a 5 hour trip out of town to receive and award at a gala. Upon my first stop on my drive the vehicle would not start. Fortunely AAA was called and they arived after about 50 mins. However he told me there was nothing that he could do. The nice manager of O'Reilly went out of his way to help me. I have a donut until my tire comes in today. The donut needed air. He checked and added the much needed air to my tire. He didn't have to help me but he did.
