Costumer service is excellent very professional. The prices on the other hand is extremely expensive. Example 179.00 out the door. Just down the road at Napa 104.99 out the door same item do the math.
I needed a radiator online 99$ delivered but 2 days. Was being rushed O Riley's price with a 20min drive into town 218$ absolutely mind blowing just before Christmas also. Should have got the online one. Said if i order it from the hub i have to pay delivery fee. 80$ not but since the other store went out of business you can't tell me there hasn't been an increase of sales but over 100% mark up. I was struggling to install a new sun visor and decided to stop by O’Reilly Auto Parts. Don, the manager, took the time to fix it for me and made sure it was done right. This level of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommended!
