Young girl at the counter seems to be more concerned about her phone than helping customers not to mention she has an attitude. She was annoyed at the fact that she had to do her job! She obviously knows nothing about cars or parts. I was about to spend quite a bit of money but decided to go down the street to Auto zone. My questions are: WHO IS HIRING THESE INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES? WHO IS TRAINING THEM/COACHING THEM? WHY CAN'T YOUNG PEOPLE PUT THEIR D AMN PHONE DOWN!?!?!? Friday at 6:20 pm
Waited 20 minutes to get my check engine light tested could get any help from anyone really trash service out of the 4 people in the store no one could help me
