I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional, rude, and downright clueless group of people. The employees at this O’Reilly’s were beyond disrespectful — arguing with me instead of helping, lying straight to my face, and acting like I was the problem. Absolutely no customer service, no accountability, and no basic decency. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. These people don’t care about customers — they just want to argue and make excuses. Total waste of time. Never again.
Michael is the best! Got a check engine light otw to having my battery replaced. Figured it was worth checking just in case. Michael was literally perfect with helping me just check everything just to make sure it was worth replacing the battery. Thanks!
I appreciate the staff as they go above and beyond for the customer inside and out of the store. Originally from New England, O'Reilly Auto parts is my go-to automotive needs place, and I recommend them!
