I couldn’t be any happier with the customer service. Was greeted with a smile and asking how I was even tho I was having a rough day. Walking into a business like Fairhaven O’Reilly’s on a day I was having the other day Couldn’t get any better. Very friendly and helped me get exactly what I needed
Reason why I'm leaving 2 stars is because there is 2 female managers that do their jobs awesome. But the rest are just as rude an unproductive Dillon is one associate I would never want to deal with again so I will not be shopping there ever again , i was treated properly at the wareham location , but the but the fairhaven location, has lost my business and anybody that I associate with.I will let them know it is not the store.They should shop out for they will have a very very horrible experience
Staff is pretty knowledgeable and helpful if you ask. They have a large selection of items from various accessories to car parts. They are similar to a well known brand in the area called Auto Zone. Although I found a couple items from them that others didn't carry such as my tire shine.
