4 years ago a nice man at St George UT OReilly replaced my battery. My husband took the same car for new battery to Santa Clara UT OReillys and the worker said they can't put the battery in because it's too close to the master cylinder? Guess what, the master cylinder is where it was last time lol. Took my business to Burt Brothers and they were happy to have it for the same price. Won't bother going to O'Reilly's. Told my granddaughter about it and this store did the same thing to her last year.
Very nice helpful people there
John and Pat always go out of there way. This is the only parts store I will go to. Great customer service.
