I arrived 15 minutes early for my delivery appt. Got checked in quickly, and was in my door in about 20 minutes. Unloaded 30 minutes later. Very nice staff. Professional and efficient. Easy to find. Well marked. No overnight parking, but there is a small Thorntons about a mile away.
Ordered a part that was supposed to be sent into my main pickup store by the afternoon, somehow it gets missed. Call customer service and they won't allow any pickups considering I ALREADY PAID FOR THE PART. Customer service cancels my order without verifying with me, now I have to jump through hoops with my bank about making sure my account isn't being ruined with my payments and so on. Thanks a lot, you guys are garbage like everyone else in Tennessee. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
