I had a great experience. I went there looking for some headlights due to the ones of my vehicle blowing out. The staff was helpful. I wasn't sure of the model for my vehicle and they looked it up on there screen Even seen past purchases which made it easier to look for the replacement I was looking for.
Yesterday, I went into the store looking to buy some parts for my car but wasn’t exactly sure what I needed. The associates, Rel and Hector, were incredibly patient and helpful. After many attempts to find the right parts online, they assisted me every step of the way. I really appreciate their excellent customer service!
Very inquisitive and knownledgeable.They asked me questions to get a better understanding on how to help me the best way possible, as I was unsure about what I needed at first. Great service.
