I’m so grateful for Cassie’s help today. She was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Even when I had a complicated job I was working on, she handled it with ease and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing outstanding service.
We had to stop and see if we could assistance with a battery connector cable. We knew that O’Reilly Auto Parts was not a full mechanic shop. However, a team member by the name of Mal*** (unsure of his name spelling) was extremely helpful! He showed us what tools we needed and what we needed to do.
