Got an email for free brake pads with purchase of rotors. No one in store had a clue about this sale, clerks cussing each other about not nowing anything about this sale, really depressing to hear store clerks and manager arguing like 12 year old children, want be back, too many other auto stores.
I stopped in to pick up some new wiper blades for my car; by the time I left one of the attendants had fixed an issue that I’ve had for nearly a year. My wiper fluid system was not functioning. I wasn’t sure if it was an issue with the pump. Brett Henley took one look and diagnosed the issue immediately. I was worried the kind of repair would cost me a few hundred dollars; Brett got me the parts I need for $80 and installed them himself. Excellent service here.
This is my go to place for parts. The employees are cool and take the time to help you find what you need. Plus they don't try to cram the expensive stuff down your throat to get their sales numbers up. They're practical with the suggestions they give, and knowledgeable. I stop there nearly every day after work just to browse the shelves for anything new.
