Was greeted when I came in had half of the part that I needed on the counter tried to explain to the person at the counter and they looked up the wrong part and they said I don’t know. I’m not a mechanic and I told them I will go somewhere else. Your attitude sucksbut for the most part, I really like O’Reilly’s just not the one in Eagle River I guess.
When I go into this store I am usually greeted with a friendly "May I help you?" If not, it is because they are busy. And if they are busy, that just means they have many customers seeking the same level of top notch service that they provide. Have patience, they will get to you. You won't be disappointed. The manager William is the smartest auto tech I know!
Billy is a great employee, very knowledgeable and helpful. Needed parts for my car, he knew exactly what to suggest. Billy was very friendly and glad to help. He even put the wipers on my car and entertained my son while I found some other things I needed. I highly recommend this auto parts store and ask for Billy!
Each and every time I go into O’Reilly Auto Parts in Iron River I am greeted with a smile. The manager Billy is very knowledgeable and willing to help! His staff does a great job as well.
