We had a flat tire in very cold weather on rt. 422 East bound before Kittanning. We were unable to get the security lug nuts off, so we called Curtis from O’Reilly. He sold us the tool to take them off, but we still couldn’t remove them. After Curtis’ shift ended at 10 pm, He came out to our location and changed the tire for us. Curtis went way beyond the call of duty. He deserves a lot of credit for fixing a tough situation in very cold conditions. Thank you!
Our experiences are great as long as the manager isn't there. He's rude to everyone. Everyone else is awesome!!
