This store is great, however the older man Rick doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about. If you have a choice, don’t ask him for advice he will sell you the wrong part every time. I really wonder how he still has a job. I’ll be in to return what I knew was the wrong part for a refund soon. I hope to see new employees but I may have to take my business somewhere where more competent people work.
So grateful that O'Reilly Auto Parts was open this past Thanksgiving Day! On our hour long trip to visit family (Indiana, PA to Butler, PA), our van's battery died due to a bad alternator. Had the store not been open, we would've had to leave our van unattended on a side road for a day or more. I know it had to be difficult for employees to work on a holiday, but I appreciate that they were their to make our day more thankful!
